Interactive Analysis and Visualization of TCGA Tumor Datasets

The Genuity Science Genomically Ordered Relational (GOR) database architecture gives researchers rapid, interactive access to the cancer datasets in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) including visualization of DNA and RNA sequence reads. This talk will demonstrate how to replicate and extend published analysis on TCGA datasets including driver gene analysis. Also covered will be approaches to integrate the TCGA data types available–DNA, RNA, miRNA, CNV, and Methylation to extend and validate findings.
