Karen joined Genuity Science in 2017. Karen is an Irish qualified corporate and transactional lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in the international life sciences industry and IT sector. Karen’s responsibilities include advising on commercial, corporate and data privacy matters, the management and operation of the company’s legal function, and the role of Company Secretary. Karen is a solution-focused lawyer who supports the Genuity Science executive and wider Genuity community in their drive to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
Karen was previously Vice President of Legal Affairs at Amarin Corporation (NASDAQ), Senior Legal Counsel at Forcepoint International Technology Limited, and Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Elan Corporation (NYSE).
Karen is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, qualified as an Irish solicitor while working with McCann FitzGerald, and was a Senior Associate at Mathesons.
