10 Oct 2018, 12:00:00 Eastern Time (ET)
Genuity Science’s Genomically Ordered Relational (GOR) database architecture gives researchers rapid, interactive access to the cancer datasets in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) including visualization of DNA and RNA sequence reads. During this talk, one of the first peer-reviewed papers related to the Pan-Cancer Atlas will be reviewed followed by a reproduction of the publication’s findings using our advanced platform and analytical capabilities.
