Senior Investment Manager – Life Sciences, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund
Georgina is a Senior Investment Manager, specialising in Life Science investment for the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF). Georgina joined the ISIF in 2018. She has extensive experience in life science investment and technology commercialisation, having led licensing and co-development deals as well as spin-out company creation programs for over 13 years, both in Ireland and in the US. As Senior Licensing Manager, at Mass General Brigham, Georgina was responsible for the management and licensing of intellectual property arising from neuroscience research at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. Prior to joining the ISIF, Georgina led life science investment for the University Bridge Fund at Atlantic Bridge, investing in early-stage companies leveraging world-class research from Irish third-level institutions and universities.
Georgina holds hold a BSc in Pharmacology, a PhD in Neuropharmacology and a Diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology Law.
