As director of computational statistics, Jose is involved in the development of computational and analytic methods for the Genuity AI Research Institute. Jose’s interests lie in spatially resolved transcriptome and proteomedata, topological properties of chromatin structure, and statistical learning and applications in modeling and simulation. Prior to joining Genuity Science, Jose worked in the Aryee Lab and the Joung Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Jose holds a PhD in Mathematics from Northeastern University and a Masters in Biostatistics from Harvard School of Public Health.
